This type of site is built from the ground up with fresh, to the latest standard html code and style sheets. Your site will require updates by Madison Studios through a maintenance agreement to keep your content fresh. These sites general load very fast, perform well with search engines and is least expensive type of site to build. I generally offer a discount off the price of the entire design and production costs with an annual maintenance agreement.

A content management system (CMS) allows you to make edits to some pages or all of the content and pictures on the site. It can be built for expandability from the start so that you can add new buttons to the navigation, new pages... This style site starts like the standard html site description above. I would custom design the site, use as much open source programming that is available and a good fit for your project. This type of site costs more than the standard html site and includes coding, programming, database driven web applications. This adds functionality to your site, creates your pages dynamically, enhancing the visitor experience with real time data.
