Consulting Phase
This phase includes initial discovery meeting in person or via phone conference, consultation on domain and hosting options, and outline of content. We also take you through a marketing 101 review to make sure that we both know how we are talking to, what they want and what you can do for them...

DELIVERING YOUR BRAND ONLINE
Design & General Production Phase
This stage includes researching competitive sites, home page and web site design, web design presentated as a "picture of your site" for your review, comments and approval. And then, development of site functionality, HTML production, Creation of Style Sheets, setting links to email addresses. This is often put on a non-public website for your approval before going live.

CREATING A SITE TO ENHANCE YOUR VIEWER'S EXPERIENCE, DELIVERING THE FRESHEST CONTENT
Optional Web Application Phase
This stage includes coding, programming, database driven web applications. This adds functionality to your site, creates your pages dynamically, enhancing the visitor experience with real time data, interactive forms, social media feeeds and links, calendars, e-commerce, ect.

CONTINUAL MARKETING OF YOUR BRAND
Optional Maintenance Phase
We always suggest that clients sign a ongoing maintenance agreement. We can then become your virtual webmaster. This includes aesthetic changes as needed, updates to the content and/or photos, and if needed, web hosting. Clients should consider having an area on their web site for self promotions and announcements. Maintenance would include changes to these promotions to highlight new features and services on their site. Keep our staff on hand to take advantage of new trends, technology and creative ideas! - OR - We can take your custom design and "stretch it over" a content managment system like WordPress so that you an login and make basic text , calendar and picture changes yourself.
